The RJ Wright Design/Build custom cabinets are an excellent way to transform your kitchen, bathroom, or even your garage into a whole new room without spending a fortune. New cabinets have the power to completely change the feel of some of the most important rooms in your family home. With new wood cabinets in your kitchen, you can improve organization while making your kitchen feel more like the one you have always dreamed of.
New cabinets from RJ Wright Design/Build can also greatly improve the value of your Pennsylvania home. The money you spend on new cabinets is an investment in increasing the value of your home should you choose to sell or refinance. How can cabinets impact your home’s value? Custom cabinets can have a perspective-changing effect on the look and feel of the home and are often a sought after feature for homebuyers. With new kitchen, bathroom, or storage cabinets, you'll not only make your house more beautiful, but also a more valuable and functional place to live.
Cabinet Refacing can be a great alternative to buying new cabinets. While some new cabinets can get very costly, cabinet refacing can be done for a fraction of the cost, typically 50% to 70% less, and often times can look better than brand new cabinets.
If you’re looking for a way to enhance your kitchen on a smaller budget without disrupting the space cabinet refacing is a great alternative. The installation of new cabinets or investing in a kitchen remodel can put your kitchen out of commission for months, but a cabinet refacing project can take less than a week.
Many people love their old cabinets, but the style and finish may be a little dated. RJ Wright Design/Build can bring the old cabinets you love up to date.
How Cabinet Refacing Works
With RJ Wright Design/Build, the cabinet refacing process begins with removing all the existing doors and drawer fronts. The existing scribe moldings, crown moldings, and base shoes are all removed. All of the cabinet boxes are prepared by cleaning the surface to remove any dirt or layers of grease. Next, all of the cabinet boxes are covered with real wood finishes. We then install the new solid wood doors and solid wood drawer fronts. Matching toe kicks, scribe moldings, and base shoes are then installed. Handles and bumpers can also be installed on the doors.
