It can be stressful hiring someone to come make major changes to your home.
You don’t know what’s going to happen, and the unknown is scary.
This is why we’re laying out our process in 10 clear, streamlined steps. It’ll make it less scary and stressful to work with us!

From Idea To Reality In 11 Easy Steps
1. Fill out our form
Share details with us about the project you have in mind, as well as the vision you have for your entire home, kitchen, or bathroom.
2. phone consultation
We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can to have a conversation about your goals how we can help make them happen.
3. On-Site Consultation & Preliminary Design
We have an on-site consultation and prelim design starting at $300 that includes coming over to the project site. We inspect it, discuss more about your project, and see what we have to work with.
It’s also where we start visualizing what the end product will look like. If you end up going with us, the $300 will be credited towards your project.
4. contract signing
We discuss aspects like your budget, the timeline, and we plan your project.
When we’re in agreement, we go over the contract together to make sure you have all the information you need and are comfortable with every detail.
5. Design Phase And Permitting
We design your new home space according to your vision, including helping you pick out finished materials like tile, countertops, and lighting fixtures. This helps eliminate any doubts, anxiety, and stress you may have and ensures you’re in full control of how your home will look.
We also take care of all the permits from the city, and schedule building, plumbing, and electrical inspections during the construction phase.
6. PRe-Construction Walk Through
A week before the official start date of your project, our team will come out and do a pre-construction walk through with you to make sure you know our exact plans in creating your dream space.
7. Protecting Your Home And The Site
Before we start any demolition or construction work, we make sure it’s safe for us to do so. We also seal and protect any other areas that won’t be under construction. This way, we keep the dust, dirt, and debris as contained as possible.
8. We Get To Work
We work our remodeling magic and start transforming your home to match your vision. Before you know it, you’ll be able to enjoy your fantastic new space.
9. Cleaning Everything Up
Once our work is done, a professional cleaner comes to clear and clean up any mess leftover, leaving it spotless and ready for you.
10. Post-Job Walkthrough
Once everything is complete, we do a final walkthrough together to make sure we haven’t missed anything.
After we leave, you have 3 days to perform your own detailed inspection to see if everything is to your liking. Contact us if you need anything.
11. 2-Year Warranty, with 3, 3, 3, follow ups
We offer a 2-year labor and systems warranty, and you also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. In the event that something happens that is within our control and included in the warranty and contract, we come in and get it fixed for you free of charge.
We come to your house after 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, and 11 months and make sure everything is still in good condition and to your liking. After 2 years, we’re still available and more than willing to help you with anything your home may need.
